BergerPearls No.1 As an alternative to separate feeding, they can also be mixed into the breeding feed using 10%. If the Pearls are not being consumed evenly, an alternative option is BergerPowder No. 1 to be administered as a powder sprinkled over moistened grain feed.
As an alternative to administering the product via the grain feed, SymBiotic can also be added to drinking water.

As an alternative to adding them to drinking water, the VitalDrink and RecoverAmin Forte products can also be administered together by mixing them into the grain feed. If administered via the grain feed, WaterControl can then be added to the drinking water daily.

Phase 1
The first 7–10 days after the holiday season
Immediately after the final moulting period, the priority is to allow the bird to recover. The aim is to prepare the bird’s metabolism, gut and liver for the upcoming main moult.

Why two phases?
The first few days following the breeding season are primarily devoted to the recovery of the metabolism, liver and gut. Only then does the focus shift to the complete development of the new plumage. This two-stage care programme is based on the biological processes of moulting and ensures an optimal transition into the main moult.

Practical advice
- BergerPearls No. 1 or BergerPowder No. 1 are daily used.
- VitalDrink and RecoverAmin forte can be administered together via drinking water without any problems.
- SymBiotic can be administered via the feed or, alternatively, via the drinking water.
- WaterControl always separately, never use in combination with other drinking water additives.
- Make sure you have freshly prepared drinking water every day.
