Description
CarniBoost: The concentrated muscle tonic for high-performance pigeons
CarniBoost is a liquid feed supplement that has been specially developed for the requirements of high-performance pigeons in training and racing. The aim of the formulation is to optimise muscle metabolism, increase endurance performance, reduce oxidative stress and sustainably accelerate regeneration.
In contrast to pure carnitine products and classic amino acid or electrolyte supplements, CarniBoost relies on a targeted combination of performance-relevant functional amino acids, antioxidants and B vitamins, which are synergistically harmonised in their effect on energy production, muscle buffering and cell protection.
Power is created in the metabolism
The limiting factor in distance flying is not only the quality of the pigeon, but also the metabolic capacity of the muscles. This is precisely where CarniBoost comes in:
L-carnitine (198,000 mg/kg)
transports fatty acids into the mitochondria and enables efficient, sustainable energy production from fat. This reduces the formation of lactic acid and stabilises endurance performance. At the same time, L-carnitine supports heart muscle function and reduces muscle cramps.
Beta-alanine (20,000 mg/kg) & L-histidine (6,000 mg/kg)
are the key substrates for the formation of carnosine. Carnosine buffers hydrogen ions in the muscle, delays hyperacidity and thus the drop in performance. The result: significantly delayed fatigue and greater exercise tolerance.
Taurine
stabilises cell membranes, has an antioxidant effect and supports neuromuscular function. Taurine also promotes the cells' resistance to stress and improves their ability to recover.
Antioxidant complex (vitamin E, vitamin C, selenium)
protects muscle and nerve cells from oxidative stress, which inevitably occurs during intensive exercise. This protective effect is crucial for rapid regeneration and long-term performance stability.
B vitamins
act as central co-enzymes in energy and protein metabolism and ensure the efficient utilisation of all nutrients.
Feeding recommendation:
5 ml per 1 litre of drinking water or for approx. 20 pigeons per day about the food
- Training and preparation phase: daily from at least 14 days before the first competition flight.
- During the travelling season: daily at least 5 days a week.
- In hot weather or before long-haul flights, 10ml CarniBoost per 1 litre of drinking water.
Prepare fresh daily, shake before use
