Shipping & delivery

Delivery times

Unless a different delivery time is specified for a product, shipping will be

  • within Germany usually within 3-5 working days,
  • for deliveries abroad within 5-7 working days
    after order confirmation or - if advance payment has been agreed - after receipt of payment.

Please note that No delivery on Sundays and public holidays takes place.

If you order several items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods - unless otherwise agreed - as follows together in one delivery. In this case, the delivery time depends on the article with the longest delivery time your order.

Deliveries within Germany

Parcel shipping:
For deliveries within Germany we charge a Shipping fee of € 5.90 per order.
From a Order value from 49,00 € the delivery takes place free shipping.

The dispatch takes place via our Logistics partner UPS. The delivery takes place from Monday to Saturday instead.

Deliveries to UPS out-of-area destinations or deliveries labelled by UPS as "Remote Area" or "Extended Area" classified regions are excluded or only possible for an additional charge.

Shipping conditions for deliveries abroad

We deliver our products to the following European countries at the following conditions:

Deliveries to Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria and Poland:

  • Shipping flat rate 9,50 € per order
  • from 8 kg total weight: 12,50 € per package
  • from 15 kg to a maximum of 25 kg: 16,50 € per package

Deliveries to Finland, Greece, Ireland, Norway, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and the United Kingdom:

  • Shipping flat rate 13,50 € per order
  • from 8 kg total weight: 19,50 € per package
  • from 15 kg to a maximum of 25 kg: 25,50 € per package

Orders from other European countries or Third countries outside the EU are also possible.
In these cases, the Shipping costs calculated individually and you communicated separately before dispatch.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway), the following applies additional fees, taxes or customs duties are incurred.
These costs are not included in the price of the goods or the shipping costs and become borne by the recipient.

Before placing your order, please obtain information from the responsible Customs or tax authorities of your country about the applicable import regulations.

If you select the payment method Prepayment please transfer the invoice amount to the account below, stating your order number.
The Dispatch takes place after receipt of payment.
